Injectable products ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging — Mon–Wed only to avoid weekend transit.

Any oral supplement — opened or unopened. Injectable supplements and clinical disposables can only be returned unopened for hygiene reasons.

Research peptides are non-returnable once dispatched, in line with UK research-chemical regulations.

If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace immediately at no cost.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. The incoterms for shipping are DAP (Delivered At Place). Healand Labs will arrange for delivery to the customer’s address. Risk and ownersip transfers when the goods are made available at the delivery location. Customer is responsible for receiving and properly storing immediately. 

Certain products (including NAD+ and selected peptides) may require temperature-controlled storage. 

By purchasing these products: 

• you acknowledge the storage requirements  

• you accept responsibility for receiving and storing products promptly  

• you understand that failure to do so may affect product integrity  

Refunds will not be issued for improper storage after delivery. 

Due to the nature of our products, including sterile, injectable, consumable, and perishable goods:

• temperature-sensitive goods  

• sterile products

• supplements where seals are broken  

Returns may only be accepted if: 

• the product arrives damaged

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled  

• discounts may apply

Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle.

Cold Chain Policy

Healand Labs is not liable for product degradation caused by delayed receipt, failed delivery, or improper storage after delivery has been completed.
